WE ARE OFF TO SYDNEY!

Members of Team Canada 2009 will take part in the 4th World Martial Arts Games in Sydney, Australia, September 11 to 13, 2009.  This year's event will be held for the first time under the Patronage of TAFISA, an International Olympic Committee (IOC) Recognized Multi-Sport Organization.   It is hoped that the recognization of an International Sport Organization like TAFISA will take the WMAG to new heights and expose our athletes to a greater audience.

CNMAA has begun to assemble a team of athletes to compete in the disciplines of Chinese Hand and Weapons Forms, Japanese/Okinawa Hand and Weapons Forms, Xtreme Hand and Weapons Forms, Kick Boxing, Grapple/Submission and Sport Jujutsu.  Further information for qualifying can be found at Team Canada Qualifying Events. Keep checking the CNMAA website for updates!
