Lyle began his martial arts training 36 years ago and holds black belts in Zen Karate, Kickboxing and Taekwondo.

National Results:

Lyle is the host of the annual Western Canadian Karate Championships. He has been competing since 1978 with close to 300 - 1st place finishes over 32 years.  He is also a former western Canadian Kickboxing Champion.
